Absolutely no glass water bottles of any kind in the studio.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for all classes to get a spot and get settled on your mat.
Please be on time; we lock the door promptly at class start time and late arrivals will not be admitted.
Bring a mat, blocks or props, and a towel and water to class. All items are available for purchase in the lobby.
No lotion, oil, perfume or scents of any kind. It’s hard to clean off the floor and scents can be disturbing to those with allergies or sensitivities. Help us keep our studio clean!
Wear comfortable workout clothing.
Please stay in the studio during class. Coming late and leaving during class is distracting to others. If an emergency requires you to leave, please exit quietly and let the teacher know in advance if possible.
Please turn off cell phones before entering the studio. No phones or devices in the practice room. Please silence ring tones or vibrating devices so as not to disturb class.
Tell your teacher if you have any injuries.
Please do not bring valuables into the studio. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Class cards, unlimited packages, and auto renew memberships become active on day of purchase. They may not be shared and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshops and special classes are not included in memberships or class cards. New Student Intro Special may not be extended.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 12-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION.
Please manage your reservation and cancel online or through the Mindbody app by removing yourself from the class roster.
Inclement weather may necessitate class cancellations to maintain the safety of our staff and clients. Please check schedule online before coming to class. If classes are canceled due to weather events — including but not limited to storms, snow, power outages, etc, we are unable to offer compensation or adjustments to customer accounts.
Upon arrival and before entering the studio, please check in at the desk.

Monthly Auto Renew Policy
No minimum commitment or contract. Enjoy unlimited yoga for $129/month with monthly auto renew. Memberships activate on the day of purchase. Monthly membership fee will be charged to your card the same date every month and continue to charge until we confirm your email request for membership termination.
To terminate (cancel) your membership, requests must be made in writing via email to[email protected]at least 20 days prior to your next charge date. We are not able to offer refunds or account changes with notification 20 days or less prior to a monthly charge. No retroactive refunds for notices received after a monthly dues charge for any reason. We do not monitor your accounts for non-use; our memberships continue to charge until we confirm your email notification requesting cancelation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to do before my first class? Do I need to pre-register for classes? Reservations are required for classes. Book your class and purchase your package through your Mindbody account.
Which class should I start with? We recommend most start with Hatha or Slow Flow Yoga. You’ll build strength and balance and gain confidence. Our teachers may offer suggestions or modifications throughout any class. These are never mandatory. Review the class descriptions on our schedule to know what to expect.
What should I wear? Wear comfortable workout clothing that will stretch and not limit your range of motion. Shoes are not worn in the studio and Yoga is best practiced in bare feet.
What do I bring? Bring your yoga mat and a water. No glass bottles of any kind please.We recommend 2 blocks and a blanket, but they are not required. We have Manduka mats and props for purchase.
When should I arrive for classes? Doors open 30 minutes before class and are locked promptly once class begins. Give yourself plenty of time to get settled on your mat before class. We lock the door at class time and late arrivals can’t be admitted.
Should I eat? Please avoid heavy or large meals at least 2 hours before class, a light snack is fine. We recommend coming hydrated to class.
